Cucumber Smoothie

You Will Need:

  • Blender
  • Mixing Jug
  • Knife
  • Chopping Board

Ingredients:

  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 kiwis
  • 300ml water
  • 100ml milk
  • 1 tbs ginger
  • 1 tbs tumeric

Method:

  1. Remove the kiwi skin
  2. Chop the kiwi and cucumber
  3. Add the water and milk
  4. Blend all together
  5. Add ginger and tumeric
